Stalker threatens Justin Bieber's ex. Aspiring singer Jasmine Villegas, 17, who dated Justin Bieber, 17, was granted a restraining order against a 33-year-old man who allegedly offered money to murder Villegas. Villegas also says she's been in constant "panic mode" because of other threats the man said in a Youtube video
